The One Time I went to Savannah!

Savannah Georgia is what I call home! I moved here recently years ago so I wanted to share my story of the time when I moved here. When I was around 10 I came here from Ohio. I hadn’t know anyone. I was horrified of the move. Previously before, I have heard tons of good things about Savannah and the people down south so I was going to keep my hopes high and see how it went. Right when we got here it did start off rough. I didn’t really know anybody as expected. I was enrolled in the public schools. The schools down here are all really solid and provide super good education. More on that here, www.savannahtrees.com/.  We were happy with the education that I was getting but I was upset that I didn’t have many friends. Time went on and I started to like the city more and more. The city itself has so much stuff to do and see. We used to take trips downtown at least once a week to eat and shop. That was always one of my favorite times of the week because the downtown section makes me feel like home.

Reliable Choices!

Savannah GA felt more and more like home as my life went on. Finally when I turned 15, I had a turning point with my friends. After school I had been going to a park to study every day. It was quiet and relaxing and I absolutely loved it, it was perfect. I still hadn’t met a whole ton of people but life was still much better than when I started here so I had to be a little happier about everything. I finally met another guy who hung around the park for awhile. We started hanging out and the more and more we did the better friends we became. We did homework together and I really felt like I had a friend with the same hobbies. Savannah is full of tons of good people, I thought to myself after finally meeting someone my age! He was popular and got me into football so I met a ton of new friends. To say it was a turning point in my life was an understatement.

Talking About When I Went to Georgetown

I ended up becoming super popular and had tons of friends in high school. I’m super thankful for the person that Savannah Georgia turned me into. I met a ton of people that I will be able to remember for the rest of my life. If anyone is ever looking for a city to feel at home with I highly suggest savannah. The people here are the best and super friendly. Additional information right here: http://www.savannahga.gov/ . The schools are fantastic and there is so much to do here. After high school, I felt super happy with the way my life turned out. Everything felt right and I was happy with my move here. My advice to anyone that moves to a new place, is hold on. You will meet people and it will get better. I didn’t think it could be it really does.
